We are one of the few organizations in the world that has trainers certified to deliver the entire Scrum.org curriculum. Founded by Ken Schwaber, Scrum.org leads the evolution and maturity of Scrum to improve the profession of software development, up to the level of the enterprise agility of organizations. The Scrum.org network plays a key role in our efforts to improve the profession of software development. Scrum.org is an affiliation of the top 150 agile professionals in the world.
Juniper Hill Associates is affiliated with the Scaled Agile Framework movement. We are certified at the program consultant level and can deliver Scaled Agile Framework courses as well as consult in leading enterprise level transformations using SAFe. Our combined affiliation with Scrum.org and SAFe ensures unparalleled depth in agile techniques when organizations move to agile.
The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a software development methodology knowledge base created by Dean Leffingwell for implementing agile practices at enterprise scale. Presented in a structured, interactive, publicly facing web format, its primary user interface is a “Agile Enterprise Big Picture” graphic which highlights the individual roles, teams, activities and artifacts necessary to scale agile from the team, to teams of teams, to the enterprise level.
Many Juniper Hill Associates are PMP certified or ACP certified. As such Juniper Hill Associates supports the PMI in it’s efforts to add uniformity to agile and traditional business processes.
